Sinful Pearl Harbor over Wet N' Wild Nocturnal - Tips Making Beauty

I have had Sinful's Pearl Harbor for a while now, and I actually just learned that it is DC'd :( Well I'm glad I got 2, cause it's just sooooo pretty. Here I layered it over Wet n Wild's Nocturnal. I just love the bright blue specks (sigh).
