Ginger + Liz vs. Diamond Cosmetics

Hello, good people!
After everything that went on with Sara from the The Daily Polish and then finding out about this from Krissy over at Addicted To All Things Pretty, I have to say that I am extremely disgusted with Ginger + Liz's behavior as of late.

Now I have to say, I looked at Sara's post about this company and I have to say the polish in the pictures looked the same to me. I realize that this wasn't the same for everyone but all laptops and computers have different settings.

I decided to try for myself. I happen to own Ginger + Liz's Hold The Drama and Swagger,only two I will ever own because I sure as shit won't buy any more. I also own Diamond Cosmetics' Party Hearty and Crushed Velvet. Now admittedly to me, they look totally the same in the bottle. I asked the husband and my oldest as well. They thought the same thing. Now you look at them.

Swagger and Party Hearty then Hold The Drama and Crushed Velvet. These pics were taken by the window with flash and the sun shining in behind them.

Now I also swatched them:

Left to Right: Party Hearty, Swagger, Party Hearty, Swagger and then here it is in reverse:

Now look here at the other two:

Left to right: Crushed Velvet, Hold The Drama, Crushed Velvet, Hold The Drama and again in reverse:

I did all of this with 2 coats, no top or base coats.

Tell me what you think. I smell a lie but that's just my own opinion and really what reason is there to lie about this. Lots of companies do this nowadays. Be truthful and respectful. They went after a blogger for no reason at all if you ask me.

Anyway...form your own opinions. Find out for yourself. I have mine and I'm in agreement with Sara.
