Do you recieve odd packages?

I have never in my life ordered directly from CND and the house I live in? I know who every owner has been. It's very strange that I get this little box from CND that with my address but someone else's name. I have been trying to call them with no luck so that I can send it back and find out what happened here.

I'm weirded out.
